In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, and with the concurrence of the Governments of Bihar and Karnataka, the Central Govt. hereby transfers Shri Krishna Bajpai, IAS (BH:10) from Bihar cadre to Karnataka cadre on the grounds of marriage to Mrs Dipika Bajpai, IFS (KN:10).
