ORDER
In partial modification of this Department of even number dated $22^{\text {nd }}$ November 2012, the seniority/year of allotment of promote IAS officers of UT segment on the basis of Select list of 2009 and 2010 has been reworked under Rule 3(3)(iii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987, as amended from time to time. Details are as under: –

Sapuchunga, the Junior most promotee IAS officer of 2001 batch of Mizoram segment of UT cadre and above Ms Padmini Singla, the senior most direct recruit IAS officer of 2002 batch of AGMUT cadre.
2.2 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer at S.No. 8 and 9 of the select list of 2009 shall be placed below Shri Rodney L. Ralte, the junior most promotee IAS officer of 2002 batch of Mizoram of AGMUT cadre and above Shri W.V.R. Murthy, promotee IAS officer of 2002 batch of Goa segment of AGMUT cadre.

3.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer at S.No. 1 to 16 of the select list of 2010 shall be placed below Shri W.V.R. Murthy, promotee IAS officer of 2002 batch of AGMUT cadre and above Shri Jokey Angu, the promotee IAS officer of 2002 batch of Arunachal Segment of AGMUT cadre. 3.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer at S.No. 17 and 18 of the select list of 2010 shall be placed below Ms Padma Jaiswal, the junior most RR IAS officer of 2003 batch of AGMUT cadre and above Dr. Vasantha Kumar N., the senior most direct recruit IAS officer of 2004 batch of AGMUT cadre. 4. This order of select list of 2009 and 2010 supersedes the earlier order of even no dated $22^{\text {nd }}$ November 2012. 5. The order may be conveyed to the concerned officers.
