ORDER
The Government of Maharashtra vide their letter dated 203.2014 have requested to fix seniority/year of allotment of the officers who were appointed to IAS (Non-SCS category) by selection from the Select Lists of 2013 vide this DOPT’s notifications No. 14015/14/2013-AIS (I)-B dated $14^{\text {th }}$ February 2014. The same has been considered and computed under Rule 3(3)(iii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987, as amended from time to time as shown in column no. 08 of the following table:-

- 1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 3 of the select list of 2013 shall be placed below Ms. Dange Nirupama Jagannath, the junior most RR IAS officer of 2007 batch and above Ms. Sampada Suresh Mehta, the senior most RR IAS officer of 2008 batch of Maharashtra cadre.2.2 The seniority/year of allotment of Shri M.S. Kalashetti been restricted as per proviso of the Rule 3(3)(iii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules. 1987.
