In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the Government of Bihar and the Government of Uttar Pradesh the Central Govt. hereby accords approval for inter cadre deputation of Shri Ajay Yadav, IAS (BH:05) from Bihar cadre to Uttar Pradesh cadre for a period of three years on personal grounds.
