In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 3-A of the Indian Administrative Service (Probation) Rules, 1954, the President is pleased to confirm Shri. Rajeev Chandra Joshi, member of the Indian Administrative Service borne on the State Cadre of Assam -Meghalaya of 1994 batch, in the Indian Administrative Service, with effect from 04.09.1996.
