No.14015/13/2012-AIS (I)-B. Consequent upon declaration of inclusion of the name of Shri Arun Kumar Tomar at Sr. No. 3 in the Select List of 2010, which was notified through this department’s notification No. 14015/13/2012-AIS(I)-A dated 8.10.2013, as ‘Unconditional’ by the Union Public Service Commission through its letter no. F. No. /10/2008-AIS (Pt.) dated 23.12.2014 in pursuance of the orders dated 5.12.2013, 7.10.2014 and 25.11.2014 passed by Hon’ble High Court of Madhya Pradesh in W.P. No.19827/2013 filed by Shri Arun Kumar Tomar and in exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 8(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Recruitment) Rules, 1954 read with Regulation 9(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Appointment by Promotion) Regulations, 1955 and Rule 3 of the Indian Administrative Service (Probation) Rules, 1954, the President is pleased to appoint Shri Arun Kumar Tomar, member of the State Civil Service of Madhya Pradesh to the Indian Administrative Service against the vacancies determined by Government of India under Regulation 5(1) of the said Regulations in consultation with the State Government for the at Sl. No. 3 in the Select List year 2010, on probation until further orders and to allocate him to the Madhya Pradesh cadre, under Rule 5(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954.
2. The appointment of the officer mentioned above will take effect from the date of issue of this notification.
