ORDER
The Government of Uttrakhand vide their letter no. 232-GOI/XXX-1-1412(8)/2004 dated 21.11.2014 have sent a proposal for fixation of seniority of IAS officers appointed on promotion from SCS on the basis of inclusion of their names in the select list of 2012. These officers have been appointed to IAS vide this Department’s notification No. 14015/23/2013-AIS-I (B) dated $14^{\text {th }}$ February, 2014. The Seniority /year of allotment of these officers has been computed under Rule 3(3) (ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987 as amended from time to time. As per relevant rules weightage works out:-

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose names have been mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 4 of the select list of 2012 shall be placed below Ms. Jyoti N. Kharwal, Junior most RR IAS officer of 2009 batch and above Shri Ashish Srivastav, the senior most RR IAS officer of 2010 batch of Uttrakhand cadre.
3. The order may be conveyed to the concerned officer.
