ORDER
The Government of J&K vide their letter no. GAD(Ser) IAS/93/2011 sent a proposal for fixation of seniority of IAS officers appointed on promotion from SCS on the basis of inclusion of their names in the select list of 2012. These officers have been appointed to IAS vide notification No. 14015/9/2013-AIS-I (B) dated 20.12.2014. The Seniority/year of allotment of these officers has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. Weightage formula is as under:

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose names have been mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 3 of the select list of 2012 shall be placed below Shri Panduranga K. Pole, the junior most RR IAS officer of 2004 of J \&K Cadre and above Shri M. Raju, the only RR IAS officer of 2005 batch of J \&K cadre. 2.2 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose names have been mentioned at SI. No. 4 to 6 of the select list of 2012 shall be placed below Shri M. Raju, the only RR IAS officer of 2005 batch and above Smt Sheetal Nanda, the senior most RR IAS officer of 2006 batch of J \& K cadre. 2.3 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose names have been mentioned at SI. No. 7 to 9 of the select list of 2012 shall be placed below Ms Sushma Chauhan, the junior most RR IAS officer of 2009 batch and above Shri Shah Faesal, the senior most RR IAS officer of 2010 batch of J \&K cadre.2.4 Seniority/year of allotment of officer at SI. No. 5 to 6 in the Select List of 2012 has been restricted under proviso to Rule 3(3)(ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987
3. The order may be conveyed to the concerned officer.
