NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the Government of Uttar Pradesh and the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Central Govt. hereby accords approval for the proposal for Inter cadre deputation of Shri Abhishek Singh, IAS (UP:11) from Uttar Pradesh cadre to AGMUT cadre (Delhi segment) on spouse grounds for a period of 3 years, in relaxation of guidelines.

  3. The Accountant General, Govt. of Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow.

  4. The Accountant General, Govt. of Delhi, with the request that the pay of the officer should not be drawn for the period beyond the approved period of deputation.

  5. Shri Abhishek Singh, IAS (UP:11) (through the Chief Secretary to the Govt. of Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow). He shall be liable to disciplinary action & break in service, in case he does not hand over charge at the end of the approved period of deputation.
