This notification details the inter-cadre transfer of IAS officer Ms. Kritika Batra from the Jammu & Kashmir cadre to the Andhra Pradesh cadre. The transfer is based on her marriage to Shri Himanshu Shukla, also an IAS officer in the Andhra Pradesh cadre. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, and with the concurrence of the Government of Jammu \& Kashmir and Government of Andhra Pradesh, the Central Govt. hereby transfers Ms Kritika Batra, IAS(JK:13) from Jammu \& Kashmir cadre to Andhra Pradesh cadre on the grounds of marriage to Shri Himanshu Shukla, IAS(AP:13).
