ORDER
The Government of Punjab vide their letters no. PRS/IAS(6)/2013/62679/407555/1 dated 5.2.2015 and PRS/IAS(6)/2013/144360/411217/1 dated $10^{\text {th }}$ February, 2015 has requested for fixation of seniority/year of allotment of Shri Kamaldeep Singh Sangha who was appointed to IAS by Selection from the Select List of 2013 (Non-SCS category) vide this DoP\&T notification No. 14015/18/2013-AIS(I)-B dated 7.2.2014. The Seniority /year of allotment of these officers has been computed under Rule 3(3) (iii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987, and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. Weightage formula is as under:-

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name have been mentioned above in the table at SI No. 1 of the select list of 2013 (Non- SCS category) shall be placed below Shri Vinay Bablani, junior most promote IAS officer of 2008 batch (SL of 2013) of Punjab cadre.
3. The order may be conveyed to the above officer.
