The Government of India has approved the transfer of Shri Dinesh Kumar A.S., an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer, from the Manipur-Tripura cadre to the Andhra Pradesh cadre. This transfer is based on his marriage to Ms. Vijaya K., also an IAS officer. The order is issued under the provisions of Rule 5(2) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, with the consent of the governments of Manipur, Tripura, and Andhra Pradesh.

केन्द्र सरकार, एतद्वारा भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 5 के उप-नियम (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और मणिपुर, त्रिपुरा एवं आंध्र प्रदेश सरकारों की सहमति से श्री दिनेश कुमार ए.एस., भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (एमटीः13) की सुश्री विजया के., भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (एपीः13) से विवाह होने के आधार पर मणिपुर-त्रिपुरा संवर्ग से आंध्र प्रदेश संवर्ग में स्थानांतरित करती है।
