This notification details the inter-cadre transfer of two Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers, Varun Ranjan and Nancy Sahay, following their marriage. Mr. Varun Ranjan, belonging to the Uttar Pradesh cadre, has been transferred to the Jharkhand cadre based on his marriage to Ms. Nancy Sahay, who is from the Jharkhand cadre. This transfer is executed under the powers vested by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, with the consent of both the Uttar Pradesh and Jharkhand governments. उत्तर प्रदेश तथा झारखण्ड सरकारों की सहमति से केन्द्र सरकार, भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 5 के उप नियम (2) दवारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए श्री वरुण रंजन, भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (यूपी:14) को श्रीमती नैन्सी सहाय, भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (जेएच:14) से विवाह करने के आधार पर उत्तर प्रदेश संवर्ग से झारखण्ड संवर्ग में स्थानांतरित करती है।
