No. 14015/10/2004-AIS (I) B -In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 8(2) of the Indian Administrative Service (Recruitment) Rules, 1954 read with Regulation 8 of the Indian Administrative Service (Appointment by Selection) Regulations, 1997 and Rule 3 of the Indian Administrative Service (Probation) Rules, 1954 and in compliance with order dated 16.05.2008 of the Hon’ble CAT, Circuit Bench at Ranchi in OA No. 214/2004 filed by Shri S.K. Chaudhary and Interim Order dated 11.03.2011 of the Hon’ble CAT, Circuit Bench at Ranchi in CCPA No. 17/2008 filed by Shri S.K. Chaudhary, the President is pleased to appoint the following member of the Non-State Civil Service of Jharkhand to the Indian Administrative Service against the vacancies determined by Government of India under Regulation 3 of the said Regulations in consultation with the State Government for the Select List of 2004, on probation until further orders and to allocate them to the Jharkhand Cadre, under Rule 5(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954:-
