In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, and with the concurrence of the Government of Jammu & Kashmir and Government of Kerala, the Central Govt. hereby transfers Ms. Afsana Perween, IAS (JK:14) from Jammu & Kashmir cadre to Kerala cadre on the grounds of marriage to Shri Jafar Malik, IAS(KL:13).
