In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the Government of Assam, Government of Meghalaya and the Government of Uttar Pradesh the Central Govt. hereby accords approval for Inter cadre deputation of Shri Akash Deep, IAS (AM:05) from Assam- Meghalaya cadre to Uttar Pradesh cadre, for a period of five years on personal grounds.
