केन्द्र सरकार, भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 6(1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा असम सरकार और मेघालय सरकार तथा उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार की सहमति से श्री आकाश दीप, भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (एएम:05) की वैयक्तिक आधार पर पांच वर्ष की अवधि हेतु असम-मेघालय संवर्ग से उत्तर प्रदेश संवर्ग मे अंतर-संवर्गीय प्रतिनियुक्ति का अनुमोदन प्रदान करती है।
