The Central Government has approved the transfer of Shwetika Sachan, an Indian Administrative Service officer (MN:14), from the Manipur cadre to the AGMUT cadre. This transfer is based on her marriage to Mr. Abhinav Kumar, an IFoS officer (AGMUT:14), and has been approved by both the Manipur Government and the Ministry of Home Affairs. The order is issued under rule 5(2) of the Indian Administrative Service (Recruitment) Rules, 1954.

केन्द्र सरकार, एतद्वारा भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 5 के उप-नियम (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और मणिपुर सरकार तथा गृह मंत्रालय की सहमति से सुश्री श्वेतिका सचान, भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (एमएनः14) को श्री अभिनव कुमार, आई.एफ.ओ.एस. (एजीएमयूटीः14) से विवाह होने के आधार पर मणिपुर संवर्ग से एजीएमयूटी संवर्ग में स्थानांतरित करती है।
