In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, and with the concurrence of the Government of Assam, Government of Meghalaya and the Government of Andhra Pradesh, the Central Govt. hereby transfers Shri Girisha P.S, IAS(AM:12) from Assam-Meghalaya cadre to Andhra Pradesh cadre on the basis of PH (Physically Handicapped) policy dated 14.02.2014
