ORDER
The Government of Chhattisgarh vide their letter no. E-1-1/2012/1/2 dated 19.3.2015 have sent a proposal for fixation of seniority of promotee Non SCS IAS officer viz Smt. Sharda Verma appointed on promotion) on the basis of inclusion of her name in the select list of 2013 (Non-SCS). Smt. Verma has been appointed to IAS vide notification No. 14015/05/2013-AIS (I)B dated $30^{\text {th }}$ December 2014.
2. Fixation of Seniority/Year of allotment of Smt. Sharda Verma has been computed under Rule 3(3) (iii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987, and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. Weightage formula is as under:-

3.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 1 of the select list of 2013)(Vacancies arisen between 1.1.2012 to 31.12.2012)_shall be placed enbloc below Shri Yeshwant Kumar- Junior most RR IAS officer of 2007 batch of Chattishgarh cadre.
