ORDER

The Government of Chhattisgarh vide their letter no. E-1-1/2012/1/2 dated 19.3.2015 have sent a proposal for fixation of seniority of IAS officers appointed on promotion from State Civil Service (SCS) on the basis of inclusion of their names in the select list of 2012. These officers have been appointed to IAS vide notification No. 14015/05/2013-AIS-I (B) dated $10^{\text {th }}$ February 2015.
2. The Seniority /year of allotment of these officers has been computed under Rule 3(3) (ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. Weightage formula is as under:-

3.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose names have been mentioned at SI. No. 1 of the select list of 2012 shall be placed below Shri Govinram Churendra, the junior most promotee IAS officer of 2004 batch and above Shri Mukesh Kumar, senior most RR IAS officer of 2005 batch of Chhattisgarh cadre.
3.2 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose names have been mentioned at SI. No. 2 of the select list of 2012 shall be placed below Smt Shikha Rajput Tiwari, the junior most RR IAS officer of 2008 batch and above Dr (Ms.) Priyanka Shukla, senior most RR IAS officer of 2009 batch of Chhattisgarh cadre.
4. The order may be conveyed to the concerned officers.
