CORRIGENDUM
In partial modification of this Department’s order of even number dated $25^{\text {th }}$ June, 2015, the seniority/year of allotment of two promotee IAS officers of Chhattisgarh cadre viz Kumari Jineviva Kindo and Shri Janak Prasad Pathak appointed to IAS in the select list of 2012 (SCS category) has been re-fixed under Rule 3 (3)(ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority)Rules, 1987 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time as detailed below:-
2. Select List of 2012(Against vacancies arisen between 1.1.2012 to 31.12.2012)
2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer vis Kumari Jineviva Kindo mentioned at SI. No. 1 shall be placed below Shri Govindram Churendra, the junior most promotee IAS officer of 2004 batch and above Shri Mukesh Kumar, senior most RR IAS officer of 2005 batch of Chhattisgarh cadre.
2.2 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer viz. Shri Janak Prasad Pathak mentioned at SI. No. 2 shall be placed below Shri Yashwant Kumar junior most RR IAS officer of 2007 batch and above Shri Bhim Singh, senior mot RR IAS officer of 2008 batch of Chhattisgarh Cadre.
