ORDER
The Ministry of Home Affairs vide their OM No. 14016/19/2012-UTS-I dated 22.6.2015 have requested to fix seniority/year of allotment of the officer, who has been appointed to IAS by promotion to the Joint AGMUT Cadre (Arunachal Pradesh Segment) for the Select List of 2013 vide this Department’s notification No. 14015/02/2014-AIS (I)-B dated $1^{\text {st }}$ April, 2015.
2. In view of the above, the seniority/year of allotment of above officer has been considered and computed under Rule 3(3) (ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987, and other relevant Rules as amended from time to time. Weightage formula is as under:-

3.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer viz Shri Bidol Tayeng, whose name has been mentioned in the above table of the Select List of 2013 shall be placed below Shri Govind Jaiswal, the junior most RR IAS officer of 2007 batch and above Shri Sanjay Kumar, senior most RR IAS officer of 2008 batch of AGMUT cadre.
