In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, and with the concurrence of the Government of Maharashtra and Government of Madhya Pradesh, the Central Govt. hereby transfers Ms Bhavya Mittal, IAS(MH:14) from Maharashtra cadre to Madhya Pradesh cadre on the grounds of marriage to Shri Rishav Gupta, IAS(MP:14).
