In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, and with the concurrence of the Government of Assam \& Meghalaya and the Government of Bihar, the Central Govt. hereby transfers Shri Anand Sharma, IAS(AM:13) from Assam Meghalaya Cadre to Bihar Cadre on the basis of PH (Physically Handicapped) Policy dated 14.02.2014.
