ORDER
The Government of Sikkim vide their letter no. 6145/G/DOP dated 25.7. 2015 has requested for fixation of seniority/year of allotment of officer, who was appointed to IAS by promotion (against SCS quota) on basis of Select List of 2013 vide this DOPT’s notification No 14015/20/2014-AIS-I(B) dated 19.6.2014. The same has been considered and computed under Rule 3(3) (ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987 and other relevant Rules as amended from time to time. As per relevant rules weightage formula is given below:-

- Seniority /year of allotment have been computed as under:-
Select List of 2013 (Against vacancies arisen between 1.1.2013 to 31.12.2013)
- 1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name has been mentioned above in the select list of 2013 shall be placed below Shri S.K. Shilal, Junior most promotee IAS officer of 2003 batch and above Shri Aunjaneya Kumar Singh, the only RR IAS officer of 2005 batch of Sikkim cadre.
