ORDER
In supersession of this Department’s order of even no. dated 28.4.2014, the seniority/year of allotment of promotee IAS officers of UT segment of AGMUT cadre on the basis of select lists of 2009 and 2010 is herby re-fixed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time as per Weightage formula as under:-

3.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer at S.No. 1 to 7 of the select list of 2009 shall be placed below Shri K.K. Jindal, the Junior most promotee IAS officer of 2000 batch of AGMUT cadre and above Shri Lokkhande P. Sitaram, the senior most RR IAS officer of 2001 batch of AGMUT cadre. 3.2 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer at S. No. $8 \& 9$ of the select list of 2009 shall be placed below Shri Talem Tapok, most promotee IAS officer of 2002 batch of AGMUT cadre and above Shri Ankur Garg, the senior most RR IAS officer of 2003 batch of AGMUT cadre. 3.3 The seniority/year of allotment of officer at SI. No. 9 of the above Table have been restricted as per proviso of the Rule 3(3) (iii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules. 1987 4.

5.1. As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer at S. No. 1 and 17 of the select list of 2010 shall be placed below Shri Mohan Lal, promotee IAS officer of 2002 batch of AGMUT cadre. 5.2. As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer at S. No. 18 of the select list of 2010 shall be placed below Ms. Padma Jaiswal, junior most RR IAS officer of 2003 batch and above Shri Dr. Vasantha Kumar N., senior most RR IAS of 2004 batch of AGMUT cadre.
