ORDER
The Government of Jharkhand vide their letter no. 1/C-210/2014 ka-6227 dated 13.7.2015 has sent a proposal for fixation of seniority of Shri Brajmohan Kumar, appointed to IAS on the basis of inclusion of his name in the select lists of 2004 (Non-SCS quota). The officer has been appointed to IAS vide GOI notifications No. 14015/10/2004-AIS-I(B) dated $22^{\text {nd }}$ May, 2015.
2. The Seniority /year of allotment of the officer has been computed under Rule 3(3) (iii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987, and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. Weightage formula is as under:-

3.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name has been mentioned in the table of the select list of 2004 shall be placed below Shri Ratan Kumar, the junior most promotee IAS officer of 1998 batch (SCS category) and above Shri Vinay Kumar Choubey, Senior most RR IAS officer of 1999 batch of Jharkhand cadre.
