Note (2): The Principal rules were published in the Gazette of India vide SRO No. 158 dated 14.9.1954. Schedule III of the Principal Rules in respect of Sikkim, have been amended vide G.S.R. Nos. and dates:

नई दिल्ली, 25 अगस्त, 2015 सा.का.नि. 659(अ).—अखिल भारतीय सेवा अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 61) की धारा 3 की उप धारा (i) द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार, सिक्किम सरकार के परामर्श मे भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (वेतन) नियमावली, 2007 में आगे और संशोधन करने के लिए एतदद्वारा निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात् :-

1. (i) ये नियम भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (वेतन) द्वितीय संशोधन नियमावली, 2015 होगा। (ii) ये नियम शासकीय राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत होंगे ।
2. भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (वेतन) नियमावली, 2007 में:- (क) तालिका “अनुसूची II-क, में राज्य सरकारों के अधीन भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा में वेतनमान के ऊपर के वेतन वाले पदों” में प्रथम कॉलम में “सिक्किम” प्रविष्टि और दूसरे कॉलम में तदनुरूपी प्रविष्टियों के लिए निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा अर्थात्:- “सिक्किम

(ख) “अनुसूची II- भाग ख” में वेतन के अतिरिक्त विशेष वेतन वाले पदों सहित राज्य सरकारों के अधीन भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा के वरिष्ठ वेतनमान वाले पदों में ‘सिक्किम’ शीर्षक के तहत आने वाली प्रविष्टियों के लिए निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात् :-

New Delhi, the 25th August, 2015 G.S.R. 659 (E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951), the Central Government, in consultation with the Government of Sikkim hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Rules, 2007, namely: –

1. (i) These rules may be called the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Second Amendment Rules, 2014. (ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Rules, 2007:-

In “Schedule II-Part A” posts carrying pay above the senior scale of pay of the Indian Administrative Service under the State Governments, in the table, for the entry “Sikkim” occurring in the first column and corresponding entries in the second column, the following shall be substituted namely:
