In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the Governments of Telangana \& Uttar Pradesh, the Central Government hereby transfers Ms. Krittika Jyotsna, IAS (TG:2014) from Telangana cadre to Uttar Pradesh cadre on grounds of marriage to Shri Rahul Pandey, IAS (UP:2014).
