ORDER
The Government of Odisha vide their letter no. SER1-IAS-0020-2015-237356/AIS-I dated 29th September, 2015 have requested to fix seniority/year of allotment of Shri Ananta Charan Nayak of Odisha cadre, who has been appointed to IAS by promotion from SCS on the basis of Select List of 2013 vide this DOPT’s notification No. 14015/17/2014-AIS-I(B) dated 25.02.2015.
- In this connection, it is mentioned that seniority/year of allotment of IAS officers appointed on the basis of Select List of 2013 has already been fixed seniority vide order on dated 4.12.2014. Seniority of above officer could not be fixed along with other officers as he was provisionally included at SI No. 3 in the select list of 2013.
- From the select list 2013, it has been observed that Shri Ananta Charan Nayak was included below Shri Susil Kumar Das-3 at SI No. 2 and above Shri Niranjan Sahu, at SI No. 4 vide notification no. 14015/17/2014-AIS-I(B) dated 1.10.2015.
- In view of the above, the seniority/year of allotment of Shri Shri Ananta Charan Nayak have been considered and computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987, as amended from time to time and revised order of seniority of promotee IAS officers of Odisha cadre appointed on the basis of SL of 2013 incorporating details regarding Shri Ananta Charan Nayak would be as under:-
