This document details the process of fixing the seniority and year of allotment for Shri R. Mihir Vardhan, an IAS officer in the Goa segment of the SCS category. ORDER
The Ministry of Home Affairs vide their OM No. 14016/22/2015-UTS-I dated 15th January 2016 have requested to fix seniority/year of allotment of Shri R. Mihir Vardhan, who have been appointed to IAS (SCS category Goa Segment) by selection from the Select List of 2011 (Against vacancies arisen between 1.1.2011 to 31.12.2011) vide this Department’s Notification No. 14015/35/2012-AIS-(I) B dated 5th December, 2013.
- The same has been considered and computed under Rule 3(3) (ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987 and other relevant Rules as amended from time to time. As per relevant rules weightage formula is given below:-
