NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, and with the concurrence of the Government of Kerala and the Government of Bihar, the Central Government hereby approves the proposal for cadre change of Shri Himanshu Kumar Rai, IAS (KL:10) from Kerala cadre to Bihar cadre on the basis of PH (Physically Handicapped) Policy dated 14.02.2014.
