The Government of Madhya Pradesh has also sent a proposal vide their letter no. E-1/102/2014/5/I dated 29.1.2016 for fixation of seniority / assigning the year of allotment of the officers appointed vide this Department Notification No. 14015/13/2015-AIS-(I)B(1) dated $22^{\text {nd }}$ December, 2015 to IAS from State Civil Service on the basis of inclusion in select list of the year 2012, 2013 and 2014.
2. In view of the above, the seniority/year of allotment of above officer has been considered and computed under Rule 3(3) (ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987, and other relevant Rules as amended from time to time. Weightage formula is as under:-

4.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 2 of the Select List of 2013 shall be placed below Shri Ashish Saxena, the junior most promotee IAS officer of 2005 batch (SL of 2012) and above Shri Dr. Khade Sudam Pandharinath, senior most RR IAS officer of 2006 batch of Madhya Pradesh Cadre. 4.2 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 3 to 6 of the Select List of 2013 shall be placed below Shri Dhananjay Singh Bhadoria, the junior most RR IAS officer of 2006 batch and above Shri Shashank Misra, senior most RR IAS officer of 2007 batch of Madhya Pradesh Cadre. 5. No. 2 to 6 of the Select List of 2014 shall be placed below Shri Swatantra Kumar Singh, the junior most RR IAS officer of 2007 batch and above Ms. Chhavi Bhardwaj, senior most RR IAS officer of 2008 batch of Madhya Pradesh Cadre.
