ORDER
The Government of Jharkhand vide their letter no. 1/c-210/2015. Ka 220 dated 11.1.2016 have sent a proposal for fixation of seniority of IAS officers appointed on promotion from State Civil Service on the basis of inclusion of their names in the select list of 2011 and 2012. These officers have been appointed to IAS vide notification No. 14015/10/2015-AIS-(I) B(1) dated 3rd February, 2016. The Seniority /year of allotment of these officers has been computed under Rule 3(3) (ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. Weightage formula is as under:-

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose names have been mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 3 of the select list of 2012 shall be placed below Shri K. Ravi Kumar, junior most RR IAS officer of 2004 batch and above Shri K.
