ORDER
The Government of Odisha vide their letter No. SER1-IAS-0008-2572/AIS.I dated 1.2.2016 has sent a proposal for fixation of seniority/year of allotment of Shri Debendra Kumar Jena, appointed on promotion from Non-SCS quota on the basis of inclusion of his name in the select lists of 2014-A. The officer has been appointed to IAS vide GOI Notification No. 14015/17/2015-AIS-(I)-B (2) dated 19.1.2016.
- The Seniority/year of allotment of the officer has been computed under Rule 3(3)(iii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987, as amended vide Notification No.14014/4/2011-AIS-I dated 5.5.2016 and other relevant rules. Modified Weightage formula is now as under:-
