ORDER
The Government of Jharkhand vide their letter no. 1/C-210/2015/A-220 dated 11.1.2016 has sent a proposal for fixation of seniority of Shri Rajiw Kumar, IAS officer appointed on promotion from Non-SCS quota on the basis of inclusion of his name in the select lists of 2014-A. The officer has been appointed to IAS vide GOI Notifications No. 14015/10/2015-AIS-(I)-B (2) dated 3.2.2016.
2. The Seniority /year of allotment of Shri Rajiw Kumar has been computed under Rule 3(3) (iii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987, as amended vide notification no.14014/4/2011-AIS-I dated 5.5.2016 and other relevant rules. Modified Weightage formula is now as under:-

3.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 1 in the Select List of 2014-A shall be placed below Shri Manoj Kumar, the only most promotee IAS officer of 2007 batch (Non-SCS category SL of 2014) and above Shri Harsh Mangla, senior most RR IAS officer of 2008 batch Jharkhand Cadre.
4. The order may be conveyed to the concerned officer.
