No. 14014/18/2004-AIS-I Government of India Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pension Department of Personnel and Training Dated 26.09.2016 ORDER The Government of Manipur vide their No. 3/9/2015-IAS/DP dated 1st September, 2016 have requested to fix seniority/year of allotment of promotee IAS officers of Manipur cadre appointed to IAS on the basis of inclusion of their names in the Select List of 2015 (SCS category), vide notification No. 14015/15/2016-AIS-(I) B dated 19th August, 2016.
- In view of the above, the seniority/year of allotment of above officers have been considered and computed under Rule 3(3) (ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987, and other relevant Rules as amended from time to time. Weightage formula is as under:-

3.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 1 of the Select List of 2015 shall be placed below Shri Joseph Pauline Kamson, the junior most promotee IAS officer of 2011 batch and above Ms. Nongmaithem Bandana Devi, the senior most RR IAS officer of 2012 batch of Manipur cadre.
3.2 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. $2 \& 3$ of the Select List of 2015 shall be placed below Shri M.J. Pradip Chandren, the junior most RR IAS officer of 2012 batch and above Ms. Jaspreet Kaur, the senior most RR IAS officer of 2013 batch of Manipur cadre.
- The order may be conveyed to the concerned officer.
