ORDER
The Government of Punjab vide their letter No. PRS/IAS(6)/2015/E-252/833443/1 dated 6.9.2016 has sent a proposal for fixation of seniority/year of allotment of IAS officers appointed by selection from Non-SCS quota on the basis of inclusion of their names in the Select List of 2014-A. These officers have been appointed to IAS vide GOI Notifications No. 14015/18/2015-AIS-(I)-B dated 17.1.2016.
- The Seniority/year of allotment of these officers has been computed under Rule 3(3) (iii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987, as amended vide Notification No.14014/4/2011-AIS-I dated 5.5.2016 and other relevant rules. Modified Weightage formula is now as under:-

No. 2 of the Select List of 2014-A shall be placed below Shri Girish Dayalan, the junior most promotee IAS officer of 2011 batch and above Dr. Shema Aggarwal, senior most RR IAS officer of 2012 batch of Punjab Cadre
