North Block, New Delhi Dated 02.01.2017 ORDER The Government of Haryana has sent a proposal for fixation of seniority/year of allotment of officers, who were appointed to IAS by Selection under SCS category from the Select Lists of 2011 vide this Ministry’s notification No. 14015/07/2015-AIS(I)-B dated 17.11.2016. The same has been considered and their seniority/ year of allotment has been computed under Rule 3(3)(iii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987 as amended from time to time. The Weightage formula is as under:-

As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose name have been mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 6 of the select list of 2011 shall be placed below Shri Ashok Kumar Meena, the junior most RR IAS officer of 2006 batch and above Shri Atul Kumar, the senior most RR officer of 2007 batch of Haryana cadre.
4. In terms of the notification dated 17.11.2016, the seniority of the above officers is subject to final outcome of the LPA Nos. 666 of 2015(O\&M), 717 of 2015(O\&M), 873 of 2015(O\&M), 957 of 2015 and 972 of 2015 filed before the Hon’ble Punjab \& Haryana High Court.
5. The order may be conveyed to the concerned officer.
