ORDER
The Government of Odisha vide their letter No.SER1-IAS-004-/2016-753/AIS-I dated 10.01.2017 have sent a proposal for fixation of seniority SCS officers appointed to IAS against the Select List 2015 (SCS) vide this Department’s Notification No.14015/17/2016-AIS-I (B) dated $13^{\text {th }}$ January, 2017. The Seniority /year of allotment of these officers has been computed under Rule 3(3) (ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987 as amended from time to time. As per relevant rules weightage works out as under:-

- Seniority/year of allotment of officers at SI. No. 10 to 13 in the Select List of 2015 has been restricted in terms of provision to Rule 3(3)(ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987.
2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose names have been mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 9 of Select List of 2015 (SCS) shall be placed below Shri Premananda Khuntia, the junior most promotee IAS officer of 2006 batch and above Shri Arvind Agrawal, the senior most RR IAS officer of 2007 batch of Odisha cadre.
2.2 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose names have been mentioned at SI. No. 10 to 13 of Select List of 2015 (SCS) shall be placed below Shri Sachin Ramachandra Jadhav, the junior most RR IAS officer of 2007 batch and above Shri Parameswaran B., the senior most RR IAS officer of 2008 batch of Odisha cadre.
