भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 5 के उप नियम (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा केरल और तमिलनाडू राज्य सरकारों की सहमति से केंद्र सरकार, एतद्वारा श्रीमती आशा अजीत, आईएएस (केएल:15) का श्री विष्णु चन्द्रन बी, आईएएस (टी.एन.:2015) से विवाह होने के आधार पर केरल संवर्ग से तमिलनाडु संवर्ग में स्थानांतरण करती है।
