This notification announces the permanent absorption of Dhananjay Devangan, a member of the 2005 batch of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) in the Chhattisgarh cadre, into the IAS. The decision, effective from September 28, 2013, is made under the powers conferred by Rule 3-ka of the Indian Administrative Service (Probation) Rules, 1954. The notification is issued by the Department of Personnel and Training, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Government of India.
