ORDER
The Ministry of Home Affairs vide their OM No. 14016/19/2012-UTS-I dated 22.2.2012 have requested to fix seniority/year of allotment of the officer who have been appointed to IAS by selection from the Select List of 2015 (SCS category) vide this Department’s Notification No. 14015/02/2015-AIS (I)-B dated 15.11.2016 of Arunachal Pradesh Segment of AGMUT Cadre.
- The seniority/year of allotment of the officer appointed by Select List 2015 (SCS category) has been considered and computed under Rule 3(3) (ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987, and other relevant Rules as amended from time to time. Weightage formula is as under:-

No. 1 of the Select List of 2015(SCS category) shall be placed below Dr. Sachin Shinde, junior most RR IAS officer of 2008 batch and above Shri Krishna Mohan Uppu, senior most RR IAS officer of 2009 batch of Joint AGMUT Cadre.
