ORDER
The Ministry of Home Affairs vide their OM No. 14016/19/2012-UTS-I dated 22.2.2012 have requested to fix seniority/year of allotment of the officers who have been appointed to IAS by selection from the Select List of 2014-A (Non-SCS category) vide this Department’s Notification No. 14015/02/2015-AIS (I)-B dated 18.04.2016 of Arunachal Pradesh Segment of AGMUT Cadre.
- The Seniority /year of allotment of the officer appointed by Select List 2014-A (Non-SCS category) has been computed under Rule 3(3) (iii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987, as amended vide Notification No.14014/4/2011-AIS-I dated 05.05.2016 and other relevant rules. Modified Weightage formula is now as under:-

p.1 of 33.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 1 of the Select List of 2014-A (Non-SCS) shall be placed below Ms. Arti Lal, the junior most RR IAS officer of 2010 batch and above Shri Ravi Dhawan, senior most RR IAS officer of 2011 batch of Joint AGMUT Cadre.
