भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 6(1) दवारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा ओडिसा और बिहार राज्य सरकारों की सहमति से केंद्र सरकार, एतद्वारा श्री मनीष कुमार वर्मा, आईएएस (ओआर:2000) को दिनांक 22.03.2017 से एक वर्ष की अवधि के लिए ओडिसा संवर्ग से बिहार संवर्ग में अन्तरसंवर्गीय प्रतिनियुक्ति के विस्तार हेतु विशेष मामला प्रस्ताव को अनुमोदन प्रदान करती है।
