The Government of India has approved the extension of the inter-cadre deputation period of Mr. Ashish Singmar, IAS (HP:08), from the Himachal Pradesh cadre to the Jharkhand cadre for a further two years, effective after February 25, 2017. This decision was made utilizing the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Recruitment) Rules, 1954, and with the consent of the governments of both Himachal Pradesh and Jharkhand. The notification was issued by the Department of Personnel and Training, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Government of India.

केन्द्र सरकार, एतदद्वारा भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 6(1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा हिमाचल प्रदेश और झारखंड की राज्य सरकारों की सहमति से श्री आशीष सिंहमार, आईएएस (एचपीः08) की हिमाचल प्रदेश संवर्ग से झारखंड संवर्ग में अंतरसंवर्गीय प्रतिनियुक्ति की अवधि को दिनांक 25.02.2017 के बाद और दो वर्षों के लिए बढ़ाने के प्रस्ताव को अनुमोदन प्रदान करती है।
