NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the State Governments of Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh, the Central Government hereby accords approval to the proposal for inter cadre deputation of Shri Dheeraj Kumar, IAS (MH:2005) from Maharashtra cadre to Uttar Pradesh cadre for a period of three years on personal grounds from the date of assumption of charge or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

  1. The Chief Secretary, State Government of Maharashtra, Mumbai – 400032 w.r.t. letter No. DEP-1014/CR-717/2014/X dated 03.12.2016 with the request to relieve the officer immediately to join Uttar Pradesh cadre on deputation.

  2. The Chief Secretary, State Government of Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow – 226001 w.r.t. letter No.536/41-1-2017-4/1(28)/99 dated 10.02.2017. The officer shall be liable to disciplinary action & break in Service, in case he does not hand over charge at the end of the approved period of deputation.

  3. The Accountant General, State Government of Maharashtra, Mumbai – 400032

  4. The Accountant General, State Government of Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow – 226001 with the request to stop payment of salary to the officer beyond the approved period of deputation.

  5. Shri Dheeraj Kumar, IAS (MH:2005) (through the Chief Secretary, State Government of Maharashtra, Mumbai – 400032). You shall be liable to disciplinary action & break in service, in case you do not hand over charge at the end of the approved period of deputation.
