This notification announces the approval of the central government for the inter-cadre deputation of Shri Dheeraj Kumar, an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of the Maharashtra cadre (MH:2005), to the Uttar Pradesh cadre on a personal basis. The deputation is approved for a period of three years from the date of assumption of charge or until further orders, whichever comes earlier. The approval is granted under Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, with the consent of the governments of Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh.

भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 6(1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा महाराष्ट्र सरकार और उत्तर प्रदेश राज्यों की सरकारों की सहमति से केंद्र सरकार, एतद्वारा श्री धीरज कुमार, भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (एमएच:2005) को वैयक्तिगत आधार पर कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तिथि से अथवा अगले आदेशों तक, जो भी पहले हो पर तीन वर्षों की अवधि हेतु महाराष्ट्र संवर्ग से उत्तर प्रदेश संवर्ग में अंतर-सवर्गीय प्रतिनियुक्ति को अनुमोदन प्रदान करती है।
