This notification announces the permanent absorption of Shri B. Vijay Datta, a member of the 2011 Madhya Pradesh cadre of the Indian Administrative Service, into the service with effect from August 29, 2013. The decision was made by the President of India, exercising powers conferred by Rule 3-K of the Indian Administrative Service (Probation) Rules, 1954. The notification is issued by the Department of Personnel and Training, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Government of India.
